About the Course
Inspiring a vision helps people know and understand where they are going as a bank, as an organization. It helps people understand their role in helping make that vision a reality. This session is for CEOs and leaders of organizations to help them define and articulate what their future aspirations are for their organization. Through a series of questions, they will have time to think about how to shows up for their teams and ways to make it prominent in their day-to-day.
